Nov 01Having a flawless skin is something that each one of us desires. The face too requires exercising to keep it young and beautiful. Some exercises daily can help you get rid of wrinkles and skin freshness play without having to turn to surgery or Botox injections. Here, are some simple exercises; if you are repeated in a day then you can get a better result.
The muscles are toned by flexing movements and resistance application making it stronger. The unwanted fats in the cheeks can also be reduced through toning exercises.
Face and neck tension can be released through facial yoga. These movements are designed to tone all 57 faces and neck muscles. The flexing movements encourage blood circulation resulting to a radiant and fresh looking face.
Exercise for the forehead. Has the effect of raising the eyebrows and reduce wrinkles. With your fingers press down the forehead skin, while tense and raise eyebrows, creating a tension on the muscles of the forehead. Repeat these movements for about 30 seconds. If wrinkles are deeper in this area, repeat it 3 times per day.
This exercise is good for firming and toning the cheeks, jowls, chin and neck. Look at the ceiling by titling your head backward. Press your tongue to the roof of your mouth and swallow. Then bend your head slightly to the left and swallow. Bend your head to your right and swallow. Your tongue must be touching the roof of your mouth throughout the exercise.
Without moving the rest of your face try to move your forehead and without wrinkling it push it up towards the hairline. Hold it to a count of 6 and relax. Do these as often as you can?
Exercise to get rid of lines formed between the nose and mouth. By clicking on the upper lip, teeth, lips tightened, as if you pronounce the letter “O “. Place pointer fingers at the corners of the mouth and “walk it” to the nose and back. Perform these moves until you feel a sensation of warmth from the line the nose and mouth, then step up moves for 30 seconds.
Open your eyes as wide as possible. Hold to a count of 6 and relax. Do this several times. Roll your eyes around in a circle. Do it slowly first one way, then the other.
Sit with your back straight. Drop your head to the right side so that your ear nearly touches the shoulder. Bring the head upright again and drop it to the left. Repeat this 6 times on either side.
